In the classic series, Togo was a bull-terrier. In Girl Detective, you'll have to wait and see...

It's a mystery!

Q' 15. Why did you change or modernize Nancy?

Essentially, because we thought she should be appealing to today's girls, but sales figures didn't reflect that we were reaching them. So we gave Nancy a bit new life, a big marketing push, and BAM, we got today's girls!

Q' 16. How long does it take Carolyn Keene to write a Nancy Drew book?

On average, about four months. But that's after Carolyn has the idea in place.
