Submission Information for Articles:
Articles should run 2 to 4 pages in length--that's actual printed pages of 5 1/2" wide x 8 1/2" tall sized pages with
1/2" margins all around. If it runs over 4 pages just a little, that's fine and in some cases a particular column or
subject may warrant that. We also accept serial articles with each part appearing in future issues. One could also write
Op-Ed style for an 800 to 1000 word limit.
We prefer submissions to be sent as an e-mail attachment in Word or these can be mailed to us on a CD. (Word Perfect
is ok. Please do not send PDF files.) Type article in Arial font--12 point. Book titles and anything that needs to be in
italics should be formatted that way rather than underlining or using quotes. Any pictures to be used in the article
should NOT be included within the article, and instead should be sent as separate files: jpgs or tiffs preferred. We have
quite a few images related to Nancy Drew so check with us to see if we have an image you want to use with your article to
avoid the task of having to send it.
Submissions will be edited for grammar and spelling and any inflammatory material which is not allowed!
We reserve the right to refuse any submission or photo.
