Editor on the Case

Greetings Nancy Drew fans and Happy Easter!

We will be moving to a printed and mailed edition starting with our October 2006 issue. We will no longer have the PDF version nor the online version. A couple of teaser articles will be online as a preview, but the bulk of the issue will be in the subscriber's edition. To subscribe to The Sleuth, view our home page.

We have discontinued the PDF version starting with this issue, and we will begin downsizing our online articles in preparation for our upcoming printed issues.

If you would like to contribute an article or an ad, please contact us here.

Sleuth Letters...Dear Bess:

Write to Dear Bess: comments, questions about the series, books, plots, etc.. We'll post them here with responses each issue.

Q' Did Nancy and Ned ever talk about getting married?

A' In the Files book, #24, Till Death Do Us Part, Ned asks Nancy to marry him, but she turns him down. Nancy was really married to her mysteries--the Stratemeyer Syndicate and now Simon and Schuster would never marry the two of them off--it would be a series killer.
