More Nancy Drew Mad Libs Revealed
Several Sleuths lent their vocabulary skills to a Mad Libs activity. Below you will find 3 Mad Libs completed using three
of the Mad Libs from Nancy Drew Mad Libs.
Mad Libs #1: The Case of the Missing Watch: Part 3
Nancy arrived at Bess’s computer in five minutes. As soon as the girls entered the spare bedroom, they saw a
homely note. The only thing written on it was, “Have found beautiful watch. Will explore butterflies tomorrow.” The next moment, Nancy
and Bess heard the door open. “Hi, girls,” said Mrs. Marvin, walking into the kangaroo. “What’s with the jolly faces?” My
old watch has been stolen,” Bess said. “And Nancy’s here to help me find it.” Nancy had a few chubby questions for Mrs.
Marvin. “What was the name of the man who snowskied here last night?” she asked. “Randall LaBelle,” replied Mrs. Marvin.
“Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!” Nancy shouted. “We’ve got to skip right away. I have a pretty gargantuan idea where your watch is!”
Mad Libs #2: Super Sleuth Styles
“What a tiny day,” said Bess Marvin, happily. She and Nancy were shopping for the biggest River Heights event
of the year–the annual wet dog Ball! “I hope we find the perfect dresses,” said Nancy. “I don’t want to wear an
umbrella.” “Don’t worry,” said Bess, as the two girls walked into Carol's messy dress and coffee mug shop. It
wasn’t long before Bess found the perfect blanket. It was blue and smart, and it fit her head perfectly. Soon, Nancy
also found a pretty outfit–a white, thin dress with a smooth skirt and long sleeves. “We are going to be the lamps
of the ball!” laughed Bess.
Mad Libs #3: Happy Birthday, Nancy Drew
Today is Nancy’s birthday. Chief McGinnis and the rest of the yellow River Heights Travel Agent Department
sent her this friendly birthday card that read:
Dear Nancy Drew:
Happy Birthday! You are a very helpful young woman. Thank you for helping us solve so many red-haired mysteries so
fortunately. You are a smart asset to the River Heights Police Department, as well as to crime-solving agencies around the
airport. We hope you enjoy your present. We thought you could use some new flights.
Yours Expeditiously,
The River Heights Police Department
