As elusive perhaps as the Nancy Drew puzzle in the cannister if not more so, is the Norwegian version of the Nancy Drew Mystery Game. While there is not a lot of information on the Norwegian edition, it is simply lovely to look at. The cover is different from the US and Canadian version and it was issued in the 1970s according to the 12th edition of Farah’s Guide. The game board is in Norwegian but appears to use the same graphics as the American version.

Foreign editions collector Lea Fox, who runs the website Around the World with Nancy Drew, provided information on the game. She has not seen this version come up for sale in her years of searching and there is only one known copy in the hands of a foreign collector.
